- AFP (Alpha Feto Protein). It increase in liver cancer, liver cirrhosis, hepatitis.
- CA 125 (Cancer Antigen): It is related to ovarian cancer
- CA 15-3: Increase in advanced breast cancer, ovarian, lung and prostate.
- CA 19-9: Increase in colorectal cancer, panceras, stomach and bile duck cancers.
- CEA (Carcinoma Embryonic Agent) found in colorectal cancer, intestinal cancer, some pancreas, stomach, lung, breast cancer, certain types of thyroid and ovarian cancer.
